One of the many things I’ve learned about myself since losing 75 pounds and continuing a lifetime of managing my weight, is that I actually ENJOY the challenge of making healthy eating TASTY & SIMPLE. If a recipe or food idea isn’t efficient and quick to organize then I’m probably not interested!
