I don’t know how many points this is but it’s so small the extras can’t add much. This is one of those mini dessert glasses. I crushed some nilla wafers and mixed with a little melted butter and sugar for the crumb bottom. Then I piped in canned pumpkin mixed with sugar free fat free pudding mix. Next a little sprinkling of chopped pecans all topped off with nutmeg-dusted fat-free squirt of rediwhip. Garnish with a Wilton candy decoration of your choice and you got your pumpkin pie fix and it looks very special and festive. Eat with a tiny espresso spoon to make the experience last awhile! Ha!
