This is a long-time Weight Watchers favorite fall snack or dessert idea. If you have done WW in the past, you might recognize it, but it’s so yummy and seasonally appropriate, that I thought is was worth a reminder! Not to mention the 2 PointsPlus bars are all on sale for a great price.
It’s only 2 PointsPlus, it’s simple, fast, sweet and filling….What’s not to love???
Core an apple
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener to taste*
Warm cored apple in the microwave-times will vary but approx 2 min
Open a Weight Watchers Chocolate Carmel Mini Bar and stuff in apple
Microwave again for about 30 seconds-
Don’t over heat the chocolate, just melt it.
Cut up with knife and fork and ENJOY!
*Sweetener and cinnamon is optional. I use Stevia because I like mine sweet, but it’s up to your taste.
