EASY is the name of the game!

3 PointsPlus for entire recipe!!!

Ingredients

One can of canned pumpkin (not pie filling!!!)
One box of sugar free, fat-free Jello pudding (any flavor will do, even chocolate!

Stir the dry pudding mix into the pumpkin and refrigerate. Eat after it’s chilled. YUM!

Labor Day is over and we are in a new phase of 2012. Let’s get back on or stay on track….whichever the case maybe! Either way, there is a whole group of people waiting to help you achieve your weight loss goals at your WW meeting and I’m most certainly one of them! See you soon!
